I have 5 Talktalk emails that need to be linked to my new broadband account. How can I do this.

Hi there @Julie2000,I have removed your personal information from public visibility. Kindly add it to your private notes on your community profile, along with any email addresses you wish to link. Thank you.

I've redacted part of each email address for security. No doubt these are in your private notes field and so support staff should be able to check and find these from there.
A few years ago I was having a similar issue with one of my email addresses and found it was as simple as ticking a save password tick box that I kept overlooking.
Might be an idea to mention this to those email address holders the next time they are asked to input to check the login screen closely to see if there is a keep me signed in or save box. If not then select the email address in the programme you are using and click edit and go through the screens to check if there is a similar box to tick.

Hi, I confirm that the answers no to all question. The only thing that is happening is that xxxxxxxxxx is constantly being asked to sign in to confirm his email. This has also happened to xxxxxxxxxx.
Thanks

@Julie2000, thank you for reaching out, I'm sorry that you are being told 2 different things and we appreciate your patience with this, I see that the form was previously filled for your 5 emails to be associated with your active broadband account, what we would need for you to confirm now for us is:
1. Are you experiencing any feature restrictions, like unable to send/receive on any of those 5 emails?
2. Do you see any pops ups/banners advising you to subscribe to every mail when you access any of those emails?
3. Are you receiving any communications to sign up to every mail since the last time we spoke?
Please also note if the answer to the above is No then rest assured that your emails have been associated with your broadband account and you have not been moved over to every mail.

Hi, Just want to know that all 5 emails have not been moved to Everymail and are linked to my Talktalk broadband account. Can you confirm as I am being asked to close my complaint as "I need to talk to Everymail as they are the only ones that can help with your emails as they are dealing with them now" So basically I am being told two different things by you and the Chief Executive Office
Thanks

Please note that they might not reflect but all emails you provided for me to link have been linked, hence you are still able to access them. Thanks

Hi thank you for confirming buy still when I log on to 'my account" I cannot see any emails or anyway to find out what emails are associated with it. Is there another way for me to find them?

I see above that you mentioned that your sent emails were going into spam, if you're still having this issue then we can take a look for you, this spam issue would be unrelated to the move to everymail.

Please rest assured that TalkTalk will not move you over to every mail as you have an active broadband account and we had escalated for your emails to be associated with that active broadband account. This would have been completed 48 hours after we filled the form in for you.
As long as you are not experiencing any feature restrictions like (unable to send emails or log into your emails), rest assured your emails were successfully associated with your broadband account and you will not be impacted by the every mail migration.

I'll just have that looked into for you. Thanks

Hi, Thank you for that but I am more worried that I have been moved over to Everymail, rather than Talktalk.
Thanks

Hi there @Julie2000, we still have no update but trust this is being looked into. For the emails that go into your spam folders please try whitelisting them which might help. Thanks
on 12-11-2025 10:54 AM
Hi, just wondering if you have an update for me?
on 04-11-2025 03:09 PM
An escalation has been initiated, and we kindly ask for your patience as we await feedback. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi, just wanted to comfirm on 01/11/2025 emails sent and received were going into spam in my mailbox and into spam into others amil boxes. I have looked at my Talktalk account and on "My details" under "useful links" it does not say anything about emails. I cannot find any link to my 5 email addresses. Under "Useful links" it is only Data portability and general data regulations. Could they have been linked to the Everymail instead? Hope you can help

After 48 hours (Working days-Monday to Friday) after the form was submitted for you, your email would have been associated with your broadband account, as long as you are not experiencing any restrictions or any error messages when you are logging into your email, your email account will not be affected.
on 30-10-2025 04:02 PM
How will I know when it has actually been done? Will you message me?
on 30-10-2025 10:55 AM
Fingers crossed, I hope you enjoy the rest of your day. Thanks

Thanks, I have been trying to sort this for over 4 months. Talktalk just said they could not be linked and they were trying to get me set up with Everymail. It was only last week they told ne to try the community and I have had more help in a week then in 4 months! Hopefully they are linked to my account and as I have not paid Everymail, they won't be linked to them.

You are most welcome.
