I've just received an email stating my December bill is £120, normally £36.50. Is there a spam email going round?
I'm concerned about this amount.

Log into My Account directly and nit from the email if you suspect it is spam.
There the bill will be itemised and show you if your contract has ended or if any promotional period on boosts, for example, have ended.
If you are out of contract, phone the Loyalty Team who hold the best prices to negotiate a new deal.
