Where Is This Online Form To (Re) Associated Email Addresses?

I've just logged into my Account which requires my email address to do so and confirmed that my details ie. email address are correct and must therefore still be a customer.

Is this all I have to do?

What I do not want come July is to find my email address has suddenly disappeared forever because TalkTalk have not received/understood that a).  I am still a customer (which they, of course, should know) and b). I want to continue using my email account/same address

I'm not seeing confirmation of anything and no explanation as to why, the undoubtedly AI bot that produced this slop, suggested that I am "..................no longer a customer................". Because if they/it still 'thinks' that the matter has not been sorted out by me logging into My Account and, obviously, needs some further action. But what?

A simple email confirming that everything is sorted and the contrite admission that the  Kafkaesque system that now seems to be operating as TalkTalk's customer 'help' service is a bit of a fail and not fit for purpose.

I've just seen that I gave you this information under your other post on the same topic.

You need to contact TalkTalk to get this sorted otherwise you are in danger of losing access to your email address.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
