Hi, I signed up to TalkTalk broadband on 15th November 2018, through a link to get a £75 voucher when signing up. I received an email 'an update on your gift' from firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day, but have received nothing else since. I sent two emails to email@example.com with no reply.
Please can you look into this and have my voucher sent to me? It was part of the reason I chose TalkTalk over other providers, so it's disappointing that I am still waiting.
