On the 16/04 I renewed my package,practically the same that I had been on the last 2 years.(Up to 76Mbps)
The agent was very helpful as he was Support staff and not TT Staff.
My package went live on 27/04 but now I,m on ADSL instead of VDSL.😲
I rang on 20/04 to confirm that I had Faster Fibre and this was confirmed.Router re-booted on Monday(15:30) to ADSL from VDSL.
Rang CS yesterday and agent told me that Fast Broadband was indeed my contract.He was surprised that I had come off Faster Fibre.He re-instated Super Faster Fibre.
My new bill has vanished of My Account.
What will I pay now?
I assume I will be credited cause I,m not on Fibre until 07/05 when new package Goes Live.
Can any of the OCE,s put my line back to VDSL as before until next week.
