My go live date for broadband was the 27th March. I still have no broadband. I’ve had no correspondence from TalkTalk regarding this either. No email. No phone call. No text. No engineer booking. Nothing. It seems that others in this forum are getting those responses eventually and I’m wondering when I’m going to receive the same treatment?
I’ve recently moved into a new town, new house, on my own. I just want to do the things that have quite quickly become the norm, video call my family and friends. Can someone transfer my request to TalkTalk please?
