Broadband stopped working

Hi. My broadband has stopped working at around 2.15pm today. A line test has been performed which showed no problems. The router had been switched off for 30 minutes and that has not fixed it. It seems as though a few other people who live around me have also lost their Internet at the same time. Please could this be investigated as I'm unable to get anyone from support to answer the call.

I'm really sorry for the delay.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and your line is showing in sync and connected.

 

Are you still experiencing this fault?
