Hi - any chance the DLM on my line can be reset? My speed of 13mb on fibre is now down to 9mb - happens each year after the summer months...
Unfortunately we can't reset DLM for a fibre connection. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault. Is the voice service ok with no noise on the line?

I'm not sure if you did anything or if this is just coincidence, however, my speed is now back up to 12mb for the first time for a good few months! Can live with that!
