My faster 150 broadband has dropped from 140mb to 80mb over the last week or 2. Can anyone help please!

The line test has detected a possible fault. Is your landline service working ok when making calls? (do you have a dialtone or any noise on the line)

The phone is fine. I had this problem 2 or 3 months ago if you check my account and they had to change me over to a new pod at the exchange box as the one I was on was faulty
I have passed this fault over to our Network Team and I will post back on this thread as soon as I receive further information.
This fault is now under investigation with an Openreach line engineer and we should receive further updates within the next 48hrs.
