HG635 Firmware Update from 1.04

Hi, My HG 635 is currently on firmware v1.04ttb which seems to be pretty old.

How should I go about updating it, and is it worth the bother ? 🙂

As the firmware is showing as TTB (TalkTalk Business), are you a business customer , or are you residential, and is this a router you picked up yourself ?

You would need to contact TalkTalk Business to arrange the firmware update. This Community is for our residential service.

Is there a support community for TalkTalk Business ?  Why does it need to be separate ?

Hi Alan,

Apologies, we wouldn't be able to update a business router incase the FW is a slightly different version to a residential router. There is no community for TT business and I can only suggest contacting them directly so that they have check if you have the latest firmware and update if needed.
