Hi, I am a newbie so please be kind!
I had an Openreach appointment scheduled for next Monday (8th June), but this evening an email comes from Talk Talk to say Openreach appointment is not required and I will be good to go on that date.
My problem is the phone socket box on the wall is an old style socket with a very old BT logo on it. At some point it has been pulled off the wall by a previous tenant. As I am having fibre installed as well as the TV, I need a working socket or I am not going to be able to access any services. Can anyone from Talk Talk help me please as I don't know who to contact. The whole point of getting the fibre and home phone is because the mobile reception is very poor where I live.
