I am a new customer and my "go live" date was today (19th) and so far I have not received a welcome pack or a new router.
This is rather concerning even with the current COVID crisis as the only way to work is to now drive half an hour to the next town and break social distancing rules to work at a friends house.
I currently cannot connect to My Account and the MyTalktalk app does not have any information so unfortunately I cannot give my account number, rather poor first impressions I'm afraid.
Is there any news on welcome pack and router delivery dates, any information would be appreciated as so far I've had none.
I ordered broadband 2 weeks ago.
