Our health check shows that your internet has been disconnecting

We are experiencing numerous issues with our service which has resulted in a lack of faith in the service offered.    We are experiencing issues with failed recordings and broadband disconnections,  none of which we had with the previous provider.

 

We received an alternative router last week and changed it over yet the same issues persist.    I note that the support website states that the line has been disconnecting yet there is no discernible audible interference on the telephone line.    Not sure why Talk Talk hasn't contacted me directly if they see issues ?

 

Since changing provider the only changes made have been to the set top box and router.  So uncertain why performance is so poor.
