Still no WiFi since yesterday’s incident

We still have no wifi since yesterday’s fire in Newcastle. We are in the Tyne and Wear area. How long until full service will be restored? The last communication from talk talk was that the problem was resolved yesterday around 4pm but clearly not for everyone. An update would be appreciated. Thank you.

Do you mean you have no internet connection or that you have access to the internet via devices connected directly to the Router, but just that Wi-Fi is not working.

 

if the latter I doubt it is due to the outage.

 

Have you tried rebooting your router?
