VPN Problems

Hi,

 

I am unable to connect to a work VPN via 'L2TP/IPsec with pre-shared key' and my work IT state that it is the router to blame. I have the d-link router DSL-3782 firmware version v1.08t. The instant chat people were not much help redirecting me to this link...

and gave me this answer....

 

I have checked on the account and the router is working fine and up to date as this is a non fault related case and the VPN you are working with is not compatible with the router, if you wish for a new router you can purchase one which I can process it for you now.

 

Any ideas?

The HG633 router should work fine with VPN.

 

This router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
