To be honest i think iv lost confidence on this ever getting sorted out. The last openreach engineer could not find any faults but reconnected my line at the street cabinet but all was great for about 2 months. Was still charged £65 for that 2nd visit. Im concerned that they again will not find any fault and ill be charged with the £65 call out again. Could i instead be allowed to leave this contract without any penalty.
