Ran in to an odd issue with my TT Router, all of the Ethernet ports are now seemingly broken.
I've tried and tested most things the support website suggests. Used 2 different Ethernet cables on every port, and on 2 different devices. No connection on any configuration.
Powered down for 10 minutes, back on, still nothing.
The filter and socket are fine, and the router has zero damage, it hasn't moved off the shelf.
I tried going through online tech support and they told me to monitor it for 24 hours - bit of a useless task.
The strange part is that the WiFi is still working perfectly, but I need the ports for devices and my security cameras.
I was hoping the online chat agent would just send me a new router, anyone can assist with that I'd appreciate it.
