Logged into my router says 10 devices connected. Ran test in service status - it says 18 devices connected. Four I don't recognise.

Service centre can take a while to update it self - It's not real-time as would be your hub.

 

If you locate the MAC addresses of the devices listed you don't recognise then compare them with devices that are connected to ensure it hasn't duplicated said device.
