Dropouts and decreased sync speed

Hi.

A few weeks ago in my area there seemed to have been a problem as everyone's phone lines were off. It was swiftly fixed but ever since that day my sync speeds have been sat at 60Mb (it's usually ~70-78) and I have not been able to download consistently above 3mb without dropping out.

According to the 'Service Status' page my stability and line speeds have an error.

 

I should note that I am not using the router you provided, I am using a Netgear D7000. But I never had a single issue prior to the outage.

Sorry to hear this and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which has hasn't detected any faults.

 

Would it be possible to connect the router at the test socket over the weekend (without rebooting the router) We can then check the connection stats again on Monday to see if DLM has made any changes to the speed/profile.
