Eero 6 states connected but no Internet access

Will conne t to Internet if eero is connected via my old router but not if I try to connect straight via my fibre modem

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

Is your Full Fibre provided by CityFibre? If it is, there is a profile change that needs to be made that only affects these connections. If this is the case, I will ask TalkTalk to do it for you. It only takes a minute or two.
