Hi we received our eero modem a few days ago. All good BUT when using my PC, it seems to block transitions from the search menu. For example, if I search the term 'dementia' and then try to follow a link indicating information sheets, the search flags up that the site cannot be reached.
Any suggestions??

Thank you Keith - much simpler than the instructions in the other thread of a similar nature.
Interestingly, the problem seemed to have resolved itself last night following the email indicating we were now fully connected to the fibre. So, it may have been a teething issue.

To enable or disable eero Secure, from the eero app go to:-
Tap Discover
Tap eero Secure
Tap Advanced Security to toggle the feature on or off.

I did see someone else with this, I think that you have to disable Eero Secure's Content filtering section within the app. I think I made a note of this, but it is on my other PC. I will try & check it tomorrow.
