An engineer came to set up my fibre broadband but on my account it says I’ve missed the appointment and I needed an engineer before I go live? I was at home and the engineer definitely fitted the router. He said there was a problem with the line and he has flagged it. He told me I didn’t have to do anything else. It’s been over 24 hours without any improvements. Will I need to reschedule an engineer even though I definitely had one?
