Downstream line rate of 46646? That's a joke, right? I'm supposed to be getting minimum  guaranteed download speed of 53.6 mb.

It has been as high as 73 mb. Every time the router reboots itself,  the speed drops.

There's clearly a problem somewhere. Please can some body sort it out? I've down all the usual things, messing about with test sockets, changing micro filter etc.

I hope to see some improvement in download speed very soon.

Thanks, Ethan.

Hi WaRRioR1976

Apologies for this.

The line test is detecting a possible fault. Please can you connect the router at the test socket so I can run another line test in this set up?

Thanks

Debbie
