Fiber plan and new router

Good afternoon. I am interested in changing my current broadband package to a fiber one as currently working at home alongside my 2 older parents we are struggling with internet speeds. I am interested in a plan that will include a new router as I have growing concerns about my current one as it is quite old and I have noticed more and more it becoming very hot to the touch during the day, presumably as it is not used to such high usage, and I am worried it is going to break. I understand this is a crazy and busy time so any help or advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. If the router is hot then we can send a replacement router for you.

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:
