I upgrade to fibre but the service light doesn't come on. Has anyone else had this issue? If you did what did you do to get it fixed? Any advise would be helpful as I have talked to talktalks technical team multiple times but they haven't been able to help.

I have spoken to them and they were unable to help at the time. I'll try again and hopefully they can help this time.
