Fibre65 speed Issues

I am on Fibre65 and have been with TalkTalk for about 15 years with no problems-My speeds have now dropped to Download 47.1mbps  Upload 0.5mbps.

Previously on Fibre65 I was getting Download 67.1mbps Upload 16.4mbps.

I have spoke on the chat for over 1hr and was just going round in circles with them until I then had to stop the chat as I was going out.

Can somebody help me so as I can speak over the phone with an engineer that knows what they are talking about.

Morning Michelle-Great figures so far as you can see from the attachment. He did say give it 10 days to level out though so fingers crossed. Outreach came checked the inside nothing wrong, then disappeared for over 1hr, came back and said should be ok now. 

These figures are the best in all the time I have been with Talktalk. Fingers crossed they dont drop. Thanks Michelle

Hi Michelle-I cannot say I have noticed, I know when I am on a video call the person I speak to states the quality of the video and my speech is terrible, this must be due to the upload speeds. I have noticed every so often the internet drops out. Nothing has changed with my setup. If you can organise an engineer please, 3rd time lucky I hope. Let me know. Thanks

Morning,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. The broadband line test is clear, however it has detected a potential voice fault. Is the voice service currently experiencing any issues such as noise on the line? If the set up hasn't changed since the last engineer then then we would need to arrange an engineer visit to the property to investigate further.

Hi Karl, as promised would give it 10 days before I give you the results-As you can see from the 2 attachments after was dealt with by Openreach-The figures at the start after it had been sorted was great, but over the period of time till now have gone down. The upload is terrible and the download has dropped considerabley.

This was also the case when Openreach first came to see me. Went up to stsrt with and then dropped again. Could you let me know what will be done now please.

I have also sent a copy of this message to Michelle, as he was also asking what the speeds are like now. Thanks

Hi Michelle-I am checking the results over a 10 day period-At the moment the download seems ok but the upload seems to be dropping again and this morning was only 0.70. At the end of the 10 days I will give you the results then you can check them. Thanks
