Hi Everyone.
I have been with TalkTalk now for over a year and at least 2/3 times a week my broadband stops working bang on Midnight until 1am
Does anyone else have this issue, and is there a way of fixing it or do I need to contact the tech team? ? Only i went on the live chat and they ran a test and opened acade but by the time they completed the tests it was back on again so the case was closed .
I know it is only an hour but i work from home and night time once my little one is in bed is usually the only time I get chance to get my work done.

Please can you log into My Account and check to see if HomeSafe/KidsSafe or homework time has been switched on?

Do you have anything configured in Homesafe via MyAccount?
