On 16 of Aug, 2018, I received an email, saying that my gift will be emailed me in 90 days after original purchase and now is 09/06/2019 I`m still not getting it. I contacted TalkTalk support, they gave me email to send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org but couldn`t be send, some error showed up. What to do next?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
