Hi,
I've recently been using 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz guest networks on my Sagemcom Fast router. After a month or so of using them, I noticed I was having problems logging into 192.168.1.1. It was very slow, and yesterday none of my devices could connect to the Internet, through Wi-Fi or a wired connection.
I had to switch the router off and on again and it was fine after that.
Today I switched on the 2.4 ghz guest network and my Internet disconnected. Usually I have a fast, stable connection. Is there some kind of issue with using guest networks on this particular router, and should they be left on all the time? Sorry for the silly questions, but I don't really know much about guest networks and obviously don't want any more disconnections!
Thanks for any replies.

There are supposed to be some bugs with the guest networks, but no one has said what they are. They certainly use the same channels as the normal networks, which personally, I do not think is good practice. If you do not need them, I would not leave them enabled as the potential for causing delays, particularly with the normal 2.4GHz band is high.
