I placed a home move order, I was disconnected at my old address on the 26th and was told my live date at the new address would be the 2nd, which hasn't happened yet.
The issue is I cant track my current home move order and the status of my account is disconnected. I've received conflicting emails from talktalk one thanking for me continuing with talktalk and another saying that another provider has blocked the home move. Stuck in limbo.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
