Home move without renewal

Hi,

 

I'll be changing addresses in the next week or so and was looking to bring the service over but without renewing/adding additional months to the contract.

 

When I go on the home move page, it tells me the one-off fee of £60.00 is now free, but I imagine this is TalkTalk will renew me. How do I change addresses without adding time to my contract, please?

Call on  03451720088 and ask to speak to the homemove team. 

 

To confirm, if you continue with your current contract there is a £60 fee, if you renew then this fee is waived.

I don't see it indicated as free on the main information page, @C_Owen, but perhaps they have set some sort of default on the form?

But you certainly do pay £60 if you don't take up their offer of a new contract.
