Inconsistent Internet Connection

Hi there, 

 

I am new to talktalk and just had the modem set up since 4 days ago. The internet was fine the first few hours but it started getting choppy (WiFi hub showing solid amber light / internet bulb on open reach is not lighted).

 

This got worse over the past two days where I'm experiencing constant internet drop for at least 3-4 times per day and it took at least an hour for the internet to come back. Spoke to the customer rep three times already but they are not very helpful - just asked a bunch of random question every time and restart the modem. 

 

I'm guessing this has something to do with Open Reach connection to my unit - how can I schedule an engineer visit?
