The connection seems to always cut off and on very frequently, i've tried firmware reset but doesn't fix the issue, please help thank you

Hi, thanks for getting back, the landline is working ok and the internet is working now this morning however the internet connection is still persistently going off and on every 10-20 minutes

@szechuany, sorry to hear that the issue may have worsened.
Have you got a phone handset with which to check the line quality as identifying a fault with the phone can help get to the root of the problem?
Please respond to Michelle's question (see earlier).
If you haven't got a landline handset, try to borrow one.
You can even call your landline from a mobile and vice versa to check for hiss / crackle when speaking or silent.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which has detected a potential fault. Are you experiencing any issues with the voice service such as noise on the line or no dial tone please?
