Hi,
For the last 2 months on random days I’ve been experiencing problems with my internet dropping out for a few hours at midnight. Router say it’s still connected, WiFi works fine although my iPhone says there’s no internet connection during that time. When trying to open a website I got a fault saying:
“Safari can't open the page because it couldn't establish a secure connection to the server.”
Router doesn’t indicate any issues. Resetting or restarting doesn’t seem to help. My HomeSafe settings are off but the problem still occurs.
I’m looking for fixing this issue as I’m mostly using my broadband at night. Can someone please have a look at this?

Hello,
Thanks for confirming. Could you try switching both HomeSafe and KidSafe on in your My Account please, wait until they both show as active and then switch them off again.

Yes, the KidSafe and Homework time are off.

Can I just check, when you checked the HomeSafe settings did you specifically check KidSafe and Homework time?
