Hi. My fibre has been down for Atleast an hour now, when I run a network test on the website I get a message that says looks like there is a problem run a line test so I do and then I get an error message.
my router has a flashing orange light and I have turned off and on.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I can see that this fault has been passed to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.
We should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 48hrs.

If you have a landline phone can you check to see if that is working normally (i.e. you have a clear dial tone and no noise on the line).
If your master phone socket has a test socket then you could also try the router in there, that would then eliminate any of the phone wiring in your home as being a possible cause of the problem.
