Hi All, back again
My internet has started playing up, constant disconnections
random ring on the phone (just one or two rings) have reset
the hub several times this morning all ready, have also
done the 30minute new session reset. Hub syncs up solid
White light then drops out again to orange light then re-syncs
to white light and drops out again.
Can you please test the line for me
I'm really sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which has detected a possible fault towards the property. Do you currently have a dial tone? Does your master socket have a test socket? If it does then would it be possible to connect the microfilter, router and phone at the test socket so we can re-run the line test again please?
The router is already connected to the test socket and has been sine last night.
(The router is now just flashing orange a Sagemcom model )
There is no dialling tone just random rings for a couple of seconds.

Thanks for confirming. Is there also no dial tone with just the phone connected to the test socket with the router removed? Do you also have a different phone? If this is still happening in this set up then the next step will be to arrange an engineer visit to the property.
Have already tried all the combination you have suggested including
the use of an old phone. Can hear some noise but no dialling tone.
Looks like it require an engineer's appointment

Any update on my broadband problem ?
I tried again last night to reset everything including using
an old phone, Still no dialling tone and still no broadband
just a flashing orange light.
So definitely need an engineer call out.
I have two people working from home, that now have to go in to work.
So need this sorted as soon as possible
