My internet hasn’t been working for the past 3 weeks, I tested my line and there was a fault found, an engineer came to find the problem Thursday 15th and thought it might be the router, he said he would write a note for new router but still hasn’t received it yet, I have been paying £29 a month for a tv box and the internet, £24 is for the broadband and £5 for the tv box but I don’t have the tv box as I got rid of it last year but some reason has been added to my bill again when I renewed it.
