How much does it cost to leave talktalk? My WiFi keeps dropping out. I have no idea what's wrong or when it will be fixed. My case status says check back 'in a few days'. I need the WiFi for hybrid working. Maybe I could look for a company that doesn't rely on chatbots and overseas call centres for customer service? I dread actually having to try to contact talk talk when something goes wrong.

Currently your cancellation fee is £33.87 as you only have a few months left of your minimum term.

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Complete name, alternative number etc. SAVE CHANGES.

If you are in contract, early termination fees can't be waived unless you have given Talktalk every opportunity to sort a problem for many weeks.
