Looking for Provider Reference

I have been asked by Broadband Genie to provide a TalkTalk provider reference, in order to claim my £70 voucher. This doesn't appear to be on any emails I've received from TalkTalk, supposedly it should start with an N. 

Any help would be appreciated.
