After going back and forth with Talk Talk, I had it confirmed via Openreach last night that my address is able to receive Fibre to Cabinet and as of last night there was 64 spare ports available. Based on this information there is no reason why our address should not be able to receive fibre.
Openreach have suggested that Talk Talk contact Openreach to resolve the issue.
However after around 5 x 2 hour long live chats with Talk Talk and multiple phone calls, Talk Talk are still insisting my address cannot receive Fibre Broadband!
We are both working from home and it is essential we get faster broadband speeds.
What can I do next? Please help!
Thanks
Ryan

Hi
https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL
Should confirm your statements.
If those ports are not TT usable, then try some other BB provider?
https://www.openreach.co.uk/orpg/home/products/downloads/dialogue_services_product_guide.pdf
Section 3 address matching, something OpenReach will have and TT should have.

Hi Ryan,
I'm sorry to hear about this and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Have Openreach confirmed ports are available for the TalkTalk network?
Thanks,
Jo
