Hi,
I have currently had my taltalk router for over 6 years. It is constantly dropping connection and resetting itself.
I would like a new router sent or information on how to set up a new non talktalk router.

I'm glad to hear this. No, you just need to send the faulty router in the prepaid returns bag.

Hi,
I have received the router and set it up. it seems to be working better. Thank you for your help. I will try and get the old router posted back this week. Do I have to write the return address on the the pre paid postage sticker?

I would prefer to use a TalkTalk router but in case i have problems with the new one you send . It is good to know how to set up a non TalkTalk router.
I would appreciate it if you could please send me a new router.
