Internet light on router is a solid red (all other lugts are green) - I first noticed it Sunday evening and is still red now.
I have tried resetting it and rebooting it but nothing has changed. All cables and plugs are fine as well. Called talk talk and was told id get a call back - no such luck.
Does anyone have any suggestions that might help?

Hi @aplov3craft ,
The lights being in that state indicate the physical connection of the router to the outside world is ok, but the router is not able to log into the TalkTalk network.
The staff on this site should be able to respond within the next day or so to offer more help.
