Request for a new router please

Hello,

 

My router does not switch on any more ( lights do not come on); how do I request for a new replacement please ? I am presently working abroad but did not have the chance and time to ring before I left UK.

I have set it up and the router does work and connected to the internet fine along with the wifi access.

Did the actual router get wet or just the packaging?

 

Would you like me to send another router just to be on the safe side?

Thanks Karl, yes it was delivered outside but unfortunately it was slightly "rained on" so leaving it to dry before I will connect it up so will let you know how it goes.

Hi

 

Sorry for the delay, No Tracking number was issued before the end of day, so i was unable to send this, I'm showing that the router was then delivered the next day (22nd) with a note saying left in a safe place.  Have you been able to confirm if a parcel has been left or delivered ?
