I’ve also already got one of your WiFi extenders for rooms further than my lounge where the router is.
if you think that it might work, and I’m not paying for it, I’ll try a new one.

I don't think firmware is the way to go in this case, would you like me to send a replacement router to see if this helps ?

If it needs to be, just having lots of issues with wifi dropping, devices not connecting (even in the same room as the router)

You can see the version when you log into the router.
Currently your router is on V1.05t, there is a later version currently rolling out.
