Hi, I have spent the last 72 hours trying to sort this out on Twitter but have gotten no joy so hopefully I might have better luck here

Make sure your profile is complete on this forum site including your Talktalk line number and hopefully, within a few days support should pick it up and disable the useless optimisation. I had the same issue, took over a week to get done but has been fine since.
