My sagemcom router shows white light but there is no internet. The issue is resolved by restarting the router. But the internet will cut again after a 20-30 minutes and the router will continue to show white light. I have hard reset the router already, left it off for 1/2 hour but still the same outcome.
It was working fine but has become worse over the last few days
any advise would be great

If you are currently experiencing disconnections could you reboot your router and then monitor to see if the disconnections continue

Thanks for your reply, i thought it may be a faulty router, i started to notice this a few days ago but have had some issues over the past few weeks.
What has caused this issue? is it firmware related?

We are aware of this particular fault and our engineers are currently rolling out a fix to resolve this. Can I just ask, when did this last happen please as the fix rollout started this morning?
