hello. I've had no wifi since yesterday morning. Solid Amber light. Apparently the fault in the NW is resolved- but not for me. The Chat option was useless. Can anyone help?

Tests are clear.  Have you tried powering all equipment off for 30 minutes to fully reset the session,
