My internet connection has suddenly dropped, my router currently has no lights showing. I have tested both the electrical power socket and the router power supply and both are working so presume that my router is faulty. I have attempted to contact support but apparently things don’t go wrong after 7pm on a Sunday. How do I arrange a replacement router please
