Hi, existing customer trying to upgrade to fibre 150 offer ie half price £16 for the first 6 months and then £28 after the first six months but the monthly total in my basket is £32 monthly. Doesn’t make sense! I’ve already been through this once and cancelled the order because of the discrepancy between the offer and the bill on the welcome pack. I would like someone to explain please.
