Hi

 

Wifi Optimisation was switched off on my router about a year ago as it was causing many connectivity issues.  I have been having issues recently with devices that can no longer connect to WiFi and can see from my router logs that the WiFi optimisation is no longer switched off as the router is once again automatically channel hopping.

 

All my devices work perfectly when I can remain on the channel that is best for my location and device placement.

 

Could you please check my account and switch WiFi Optimisation off?
